Si se acumulan dos o más juicios ejecutivos, seguidos contra un mismo ejecutado, lo que no puede hacerse sino dentro del término señalado en el articulo 1066, si hay tercería introducida, continúa con el carácter de ejecutante el que lo era en el juicio en que primero se decretó el embargo de bienes. Los otros ejecutantes quedan como terceristas.
