El Tesoro Nacional contribuirá con un aporte de dos millones de pesos ($ 2'000.000.00), a la realización de los estudios a que se refiere el artículo 1º de la presente Ley.

Este aporte será pagado al Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria conjuntamente con la apropiación general anual prevista por la Ley 135 de 1961 , con destino a la Reforma Social Agraria, en la vigencia fiscal de 1969. El Gobierno Nacional deber incluirlo en el proyecto de Presupuesto para dicha vigencia fiscal, o en las siguientes si no pudiere hacerse en la ordenada.
