Art. 8º El Rematador de impuestos sobre los cigarrillos, - Si este se hubiere arrendado, -O el empleado de Hacienda respectiva, si estuviere en Administración,- Visitarán a fin de cada mes las fábricas de cigarrillos con el fin de tomar razón de la picadura y el papel para cigarrillos que se hayan empleado durante el mes para la fabricación de estos, y de las existencias que pueden al expirar al mes. De la visita se extenderá una diligencia por duplicado, que firmará el dueño o el Director de la fábrica junto con el arrendatario o administrador del impuesto. Uno de aquellos ejemplares se pasará al Ministerio de Hacienda.
