Los servidores públicos que se encuentren obligados a realizar la entrega de sus cargos, que al término de su ejercicio sean ratificados, deberán rendir un informe en los términos que estipulan los artículos 8º, 9º, 10, 11 y 12 de esta ley a su superior jerárquico y ante el órgano de control interno de la Entidad.
