De los criterios para la entrega del subsidio monetario. La entrega del subsidio monetario estará supeditada al cumplimiento de alguno de los siguientes criterios

Que la mujer víctima decida no permanecer en la casa de acogida, albergue, refugio o servicio hotelero disponible.

Que en el municipio o distrito donde resida la mujer no existan casas de acogida, albergues, refugios o servicios hoteleros propios o contratados, o existiendo no se cuente con disponibilidad de cupos para la atención o ella no pueda trasladarse a otro del departamento por razones de trabajo.
