Tarifa Más Económica

Tarifa más económica. Entiéndase por tarifa más económica para la aplicación del presente Decreto, la que se encuentre disponible al momento de hacer la compra o la reserva conforme la fecha y hora requerida por el beneficiario. Si las condiciones de la tarifa más económica, considerando lo previsto anteriormente exige la compra efectiva del tiquete en un periodo de tiempo específico, el beneficiario tendrá que hacerlo de tal forma.

Parágrafo

El descuento aplicará únicamente sobre la tarifa más económica aérea básica publicada o disponible al momento de la reserva o la compra, es decir, no se hace efectivo al sobrecargo por combustible, tasas aeroportuarias, tarifa administrativa ni sobre los impuestos que le sean aplicables.
