ART 51. De los juicios de nulidad y de divorcio de matrimonios, católicos celebrados en cualquier tiempo, conocerán, exclusivamente, los tribunales eclesiásticos, con arreglo á las leyes canónicas, y la sentencia firme que recaiga producirá todos los efectos civiles, con arreglo á lo dispuesto en la ley 57, artículos 17 y 18.
