La tarifa de telégrafos será de dos centavos oro por cada palabra, cualquiera que sea el número de ellas. No se cobrará por la fecha, la dirección, en cuanto no pase de tres palabras, ni la firma, mientras no contenga más de un nombre y un apellido.
