El Concejo tendrá un Presidente, un Vicepresidente y un Secretario, y se reunirá ordinariamente una vez al mes, por lo menos, y demás cuando lo determine su reglamento. A sesiones extraordinarias puede ser convocado por el Presidente y por el Alcalde, siempre que haya asuntos en que ocuparse.
