° Créase la División de Fronteras, encargada del estudio de las cuestiones limítrofes de Colombia y de la guarda del archivo de Fronteras de la Nación. Esta División constará de las siguientes Secciones: 1° Sección de Fronteras Terrestres. 2° Sección de Fronteras Marítimas. 3° Sección de Archivo y Mapoteca.
