Las asociaciones de radioaficionados a las cuales se les hubiere autorizado la instalación y funcionamiento de estaciones repetidoras deberán pagar a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones una suma equivalente a un (1) salario mínimo legal mensual por cada estación, dentro de los dos primeros meses de cada año calendario. El incumplimiento de esta obligación dará lugar a la imposición de multas equivalentes hasta mil (1.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales y en caso de reincidencia a la cancelación definitiva del registro.
