A través de la comisión asesora de que trata el Artículo 2° de este decreto, el Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente presentará periódicamente a las universidades una lista de temas prioritarios que a su juicio requieran ser investigados, con el fin de promover el desarrollo de investigaciones interdisciplinarias y, si es posible, ínter universitarias. Para el desarrollo de estas investigaciones el Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente suministrará la información necesaria.
