De haberse declarado desierto el concurso de méritos, la entidad procederá a revisar el contenido de los pliegos de condiciones y los requerimientos técnicos para identificar las causas que dieron motivo a tal circunstancia y hacer los ajustes del caso para una nueva invitación, si es del caso.
