Art. 315. Las Aduanas de los puertos en que entran i salen respectivamente los buques que hacen el comercio de cabotaje, podrán usar de sello o contramarcas variables a su arbitrio, a fin de asegurarse de que las mercancías que se declaran para dicho comercio son las mismas que se introducen en el puerto del destino.
