Integrar El Comité Nacional Para Las Migraciones Laborales El Cual Estará Conformado Por El Director General De Empleo Del Ministerio De Trabajo Y Seguridad Social O Su Delegado, Quien Lo Presidirá, El Jefe De La División De Visas E Inmigración Del Ministerio De Relaciones Exteriores O Su Delegado, Y El Director De Extranjería Del Departamento Administrativo De Seguridad O Su Delegado

° Integrar el Comité Nacional para las Migraciones Laborales el cual estará conformado por el Director General de Empleo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social o su delegado, quien lo presidirá, el Jefe de la División de Visas e Inmigración del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores o su delegado, y el Director de Extranjería del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad o su delegado.

Parágrafo

El Comité para las Migraciones Laborales podrá invitar a sus deliberaciones a las personas o entidades que considere conveniente para el desarrollo de sus funciones.
