Funciones Del Servicio De Reclutamiento Y Movilización

Son funciones del Servicio de Reclutamiento y Movilización:

a)

Definir la situación militar de los colombianos;

b)

Dirigir y organizar el sistema de reemplazos en las Fuerzas Mi­litares;

c)

Efectuar la movilización del personal con fines de defensa y se­guridad nacional;

d)

Inspeccionar el territorio nacional, a fin de determinar las nece­sidades que en materia de reclutamiento y movilización tenga el país;

e)

Las demás que le fije el Gobierno nacional.
