Si se trata de pozos, letrinas, caballerizas, chimeneas, hogares, fraguas, hornos u otras obras de que pueda resultar daño a los edificios o heredades vecinas, deberán observarse las reglas prescritas por las leyes de policía, ora sea medianera, o no, la pared divisoria. Lo mismo se aplica a los depósitos de pólvora, de materias húmedas o infectas i de todo lo que pueda dañar a la solidez, seguridad i salubridad e los edificios.
