La División Nacional de Turismo teniendo en cuenta, en cada caso, las circunstancias del edificio en que funcione, su localización y los servicios que preste a turistas, clasificará a los cabarets, grilles, salones de té y restaurantes en las siguientes categorías: Cabarets de primera. Cabarets de segunda. Salas de baile. Grilles de primera. Grilles de segunda. Salones de té de primera. Salones de té de segunda. Restaurantes de primera. Restaurantes de segunda. Restaurantes típicos.
