La persona que incurra en el delito de feminicidio solo se le podrá aplicar un medio del beneficio de que trata el artículo 351 de la Ley 906 de 2004 . Igualmente, no podrá celebrarse preacuerdos sobre los hechos imputados y sus consecuencias.
