Organización. La Junta elegirá de su seno un Presidente encargado de presidir las sesiones respectivas. A falta de éste, serán presididas por quien sea designado para tal efecto por la Junta. Así mismo, tendrá un Secretario, quien podrá ser miembro o no de la Junta, designado por ésta.
