° Los bonos que se editen se mantendrán bajo la custodia de la Sección de Crédito Público del Ministerio del Tesoro, para que oportunamente se cumplan las formalidades para la emisión, y se suministren a la Tesorería General de la República las cantidades que este solicite para cubrir las órdenes de pago que expida dicho Ministerio, en vista de los respectivos reconocimientos.
