Para ejercer la profesión de farmaceuta se requiere un título de idoneidad, expedido por dos médicos graduados y además la constancia de que el individuo ha practicado la farmacia en un establecimiento de notaria seriedad, por lo menos durante dos años.

Parágrafo

EL Ministro de Instrucción Pública propenderá a la creación de las Escuelas de Farmacéutica que confiera títulos de idoneidad en las Facultades medicas de la República.
