Autorizaciones y Licencias. Las estaciones de servicio y talleres de conversión interesados en iniciar operaciones deberán haber tramitado las correspondientes licencias ante las autoridades que a continuación se mencionan, so pena de las sanciones previstas en la subsección 6.1 de la presente Sección.

Autoridad Distrital, Municipal, o del Departamento Especial de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina.

Curador Urbano.

Autoridad Ambiental Competente.
