ARTICULO 315 . Aviso al funcionario de instrucción y al Ministerio Público . Iniciada la investigación por quienes ejercen funciones de policía judicial, en la primera hora hábil del día siguiente, darán aviso a la unidad de fiscalía a quien le corresponda la investigación por el lugar de comisión del hecho, para que asuma el control y dirección de la investigación previa. Así mismo, los funcionarios de policía judicial darán aviso al representante del Ministerio Público.
