ARTICULO 6o. Delégase en el Ministro de Justicia la facultad de declarar y proveer las vacancias temporales que por licencias, permisos o vacaciones se produzcan en la Rama Jurisdiccional y el Ministerio Público y que por mandato legal deban ser decididas por el Presidente de la República.
