Las función de control y vigilancia sobre bolsas de valores, comisionistas de bolsa y sociedades administra doras de fondos de inversión que el artículo 27 del Decretos legislativo 2920 de 1982 asigna a la Comisión Nacional de Valores serán ejercidas por ésta en l os término del Decreto extraordinario 1169 de 1980, sin per juicio de la aplicación de las normas vigentes para la Superintendencia Bancaria para Ios mismos fines cuando se trata de l lenar vacíos del Decreto últimamente citado.
