TRES (3) MESES DE ALTA POR FALLECIMIENTO. A la muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecido, en el presente estatuto, continuarán percibiendo durante tres (3) meses, de la entidad que se venía pagando, los haberes de actividad.
