Micotoxicosis y micotoximas

Aflatoxinas, permite la aprobación de la canal y las vísceras e impone el decomiso de los órganos afectados, hígado, riñones y ubre. En estos casos la tolerancia no deberá ser superior a 0.01 mg/kg.

Micotoxicosis aguda o crónica, detectable clínicamente en la inspección ante-mortem o por alteraciones en la inspección post-mortem, impone el decomiso total de la canal y las vísceras.
