ARTICULO 233. Resoluciones del Ministerio de Defensa. Las prestaciones sociales del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, en actividad o por causa de retiro o sus beneficiarios en caso de fallecimiento, y cuyo pago deba hacerse por el Tesoro Público, serán reconocidas mediante Resolución del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, conforme a procedimientos y requisitos que el mismo establezca.
