Los cuerpos de agentes de tránsito son responsables de su moralización, por lo tanto crearán tribunales o comités de ética, los cuales emitirán conceptos sobre el desempeño, conducta, comportamiento de sus componentes, que deberán ser atendidos por los jefes de las dependencias de tránsito.
