El Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil por iniciativa propia o a solicitud de los organismos interesados podrá promover y realizar concursos para empleos de grupos ocupacionales comunes a varios organismos. Igualmente podrá organizar procesos de selección en los que la clasificación en pruebas generales realizadas por el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil sea requisito para inscribirse en los concursos que realicen los diferentes organismos.
