ARTICULO 124 . Supresión del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales.- Suprímese el Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, establecimiento público del orden nacional, creado mediante el Decreto 1650 de 1960. En consecuencia, dicho establecimiento entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual deberá efectuarse en un término máximo de tres (3) años contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto. La liquidación se realizará conforme al procedimiento que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
