º Los elementos que sean necesarios para el tratamiento de los enfermos y que no existan en las farmacias o depósitos del Ejército, deben ser solicitados por escrito a la Dirección del Servicio de Sanidad, por el Oficial de Sanidad, establecimiento o médico contratado que esté atendiendo al enfermo, la cual debe aprobar su adquisición, si lo juzga conveniente.
