Artículo undécimo. El auxilio de transporte a que tienen derecho los funcionarios del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, se continuará reconociendo y pagando en los mismos términos y cuantía que el Gobierno establezca para los trabajadores particulares. No se tendrá derecho a este auxilio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones, se encuentre en uso de licencia, suspendido en el ejercicio de sus funciones o cuando la entidad suministre este servicio.
