Artículo tercero. Para los efectos de la Ley 165 de 1938, los empleados de la Dirección Nacional de Estadística, creada por el Decreto-Ley 2240 de 1951, son empleados de la Presidencia de la República y, por tanto, están comprendidos dentro de la excepción que contempla el numeral g) del artículo 4º de dicha Ley.
