Toda persona que ejerza la medicina o la cirugía en el territorio de la República, sin sujeción a los preceptos establecidos por esta Ley, incurrirá en una multa de cien pesos ($100) por la primera vez y de quinientos pesos ($500) por la segunda. Las demás reincidencias serán sancionadas con la pena de prisión de seis meses a un año.
