PERMISO DE ADQUISICIÓN DE NAVES. El artículo 12 del Decreto 2451 de 1986 quedará así: "Artículo 12. PERMISO DE ADQUISICIÓN DE NAVES. La solicitud de adquisición de naves destinadas al transporte marítimo internacional o de cabotaje no será tramitada hasta tanto el solicitante haya obtenido la asignación de ruta o servicio respectivo, a menos que ya tenga ruta o servicio asignado, caso en el cual indicará su destinación".
