Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 2º del Decreto 3048 de 1997, modificado por el Decreto 1479 de 1999, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, así como las que en particular se relacionan a continuación: Decreto 904 de 1941, salvo en los artículos 1º y 2º; Decreto 264 de 1963, salvo los artículos 1º, 2º, 4º, 5º, 9º, 16; Decreto 1397 de 1989, salvo los artículos 1º y 7º.
