Art. 245. Igualmente se llevará por la Aduana una cuenta al introductor por el importe de los derechos de los cargamentos de que tratan los artículos anteriores, a la cual se irá abonando el derecho correspondiente a los los bultos que se estraigan de los almacenes para la reesportacion, cuya cuenta se cerrará al vencimiento de los seis meses, fecha en que se recaudará el saldo i se reputará la existencia como destinada al consumo de la República.
