º. Objeto y campo de aplicación. El presente decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar los servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de radiocomunicación convencional de voz y/o datos, establecer las condiciones bajo las cuales se otorgarán concesiones, y fijar los mecanismos para la autorización de las redes y el otorgamiento de los permisos.
