Artículo 2.3.3.5.1.4. Límites a la autorización. La autorización impartida por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y la aplicación del régimen especial de control y vigilancia no implicará, ni tendrá como efecto, la facultad para los institutos de fomento y desarrollo de las entidades territoriales de adelantar las operaciones autorizadas exclusivamente a las instituciones vigiladas que no hacen parte del régimen especial de control y vigilancia que adelanta la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia sobre dichos institutos.
