Los actos y omisiones que contravengan las obligaciones consagradas en este Reglamento, serán sancionadas por la Oficina Local con multas, a favor de ésta, de veinte pesos ($20.00) a dos mil pesos ($2.000.00) si la contravención es del patrono, y de cinco pesos ($5.00) a cien pesos ($100.00) si es del trabajador, sin perjuicio de las sanciones civiles y penales a que haya lugar.
