Art. 13. Los Gobernadores de las provincias en que residieren los Tribunales de distrito comprensivos de dos o mas provincias, informarán a la Secretaría de Gobierno, a la mayor brevedad posible, de las sumas que juzguen indispensables para los gastos de escritorio i local, a fin de que el Poder Ejecutivo haga entre ellas la distribucion correspondiente.
