Esta Ley deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y en especial la Ley 132 de 1994. Igualmente, derógase el artículo 29 del Decreto 245 de 1995. En consecuencia la Empresa Colombiana de Productos Veterinarios Vecol S. A., continuará con una participación accionaria estatal.
