Art. 2.° Los Injenieros establecidos por el artículo anterior serán llamados a prestar sus servicios, a medida que se necesiten; i lo harán bajo las órdenes i conforme a las instrucciones del Injeniero en Jefe del Cuerpo de Injenieros arriba mencionado.
