La Comisión de Personal, el Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno y demás órganos de asesoría y coordinación que se organicen e integren cumplirán sus funciones de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes. El Rector del Instituto Técnico Nacional de Comercio "Simón Rodríguez", podrá crear Comités permanentes o transitorios especiales para el estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas alusivos a la institución.
