° La asignación de Prima Técnica para los cargos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se hará por Decreto del Gobierno, con base en la solicitud razonada formulada por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público y conforme con lo dispuesto por el Decreto 602 de marzo 15 de 1977.
