La liquidación se realizará conforme a lo establecido en el Decreto 254 de 2000, por el cual se expidió el régimen para la liquidación de las entidades públicas del orden nacional, y el Decreto 414 de 2001. En lo no previsto se regirá por las disposiciones del Código de Comercio, en cuanto sean compatibles con la naturaleza de la entidad.
