Coherencia normativa e institucional:En la implementación de los parámetros establecidos en este decreto, las entidades deberán asegurar la coherencia normativa e institucional en sus políticas, regulaciones, decisiones y orientaciones sectoriales, conforme a las obligaciones internacionales para la protección, respeto y garantía de los derechos humanos y el medio ambiente en contextos de la actividad empresarial, evitando duplicidades y sistemas paralelos de reporte o gestión, garantizando en todo caso, la aplicación del estándar más alto de protección de los derechos humanos, conforme al principio de progresividad y no regresividad.
