Destinase para la realización de dicha obra, la suma de cinco millones de pesos ($5.000,000), que se tomara de cualesquiera cantidades que hayan de ingresar al Tesoro Nacional por causa distinta a los productos de las rentas comunes, dentro de los cinco años subsiguientes a la sanción de la presente Ley, a razón de un millón ($1.000,000) por año.
